Half The World Away

For the project, Shakespeare, we have to choose one play wrote by Shakespeare and make at least four outcomes about that play. I chose the comedy, a midsummer night’s dream. I make it be a barbie film and i made the poster, two post cards, greeting card, eight candy bottles with the characters logo, and a pair of book ends for this play.

Cabinet of Curiosities final piece.



I want make this project very humorous. My cabinet is Marilyn Monroe’s dress. And the curiosities is what happen if wind come. There was a famous film moment, Marilyn walk around the street and a strong wind through from the sewer, so her dress fly and people can say what her wears inside. Is a really famous moment, but this time I want change the ending. So I made a 3D poster. People can touch her dress and have a look, but when someone raises the dress, they might see there have Maseru under the dress. So the curiosities never have an answer. Sadly is hard to explain what I want show.

Here is the final piece for last year second term.

We need create poster. We can chose the title by ourself. In that term I am development about different kind of people’s relationship. So I decided do two posters. My title is love is blind, think about it is a film. I took photos for my friends, in different way and choose the best two. Then I drew them, I tried water colour, acrylic, oil painting,  they not look strong. I think film poster is should made by computer. so finally I drew them by hand first, then scan into computer. Use some view be the background and space be the hair. I also have two of them with the title but I prefer without title.

Here is my final piece for last year’s first term. I would create a kingdom, all the residents are wear like people but with a animal face. Finally only drew two residents on the image because it can more focus on what they doing, to tell us they not different from human. I used water colour to make it looks magical.

There are researches. Just want show about I also very interested about order the images to make them looks strong together. I like layout that.
